2001
Founded by Mustafa Kaya, a graduate of Istanbul University Information and Records Management, we have made significant contributions to the formation and development of the archiving sector.
2002
For the first time in Turkey; we organized a municipal archive in accordance with the Standard File Sorting Plan.
2005
With the TADOS and KADOS systems developed and implemented by our company, we physically organized the archives of the technical directorates and the institutional archives of the municipalities. We saved space up to 35%.
2008
For the first time in Turkey; we gave one-to-one practical training on Standard File Plan to all personnel of a municipality. First of all, the trainings we gave in Ümraniye Municipality; After that, we continued in Arnavutköy, Başakşehir and İzmit Municipalities.
2010
ARŞİVCİM Archive Management Automation; We started to work on developing a web-based, new generation version that can work on all databases. MY ARCHIVERS; Today, it adds value to the industry as a new generation software that can work in all databases, developed on both jawa and .net, and developed by archive professionals with 20 years of knowledge.
2011
BAYS 99; It is a project that we completed in 99 days by physically organizing the archives of all units of Başakşehir Municipality and establishing a digital archive system. Within the scope of the project, 130,000 files were physically arranged; 150,000 meters of projects and 2,000,000 documents were scanned and completed in 99 days.
2013
İZBEYS 299; It is a project in which the archives of Izmit Municipality and 7 municipalities that were closed and connected to Izmit Municipality were physically organized and a digital archive system was established. In project scope; An exemplary Information and Documentation Center has been established, which will be a model for our country, by providing archive modification works, compact archive system installation, moving all scattered archives to a single center, physically organizing 207,000 files, transferring 300,000 meters of projects and 4,000,000 documents to electronic media.
2013
Turkey's; We became the first company to have a high speed industrial scanner. As the first and only company with the Image Value High Speed Industrial scanner, which is still the fastest scanner in the world, we have the strongest machine park in the industry.
2014
Produced by Primagest; We have undertaken the distributorship of the world's fastest scanner IMAGE VALUE brand high speed industrial scanners in Turkey, Middle East, Central Asia, Africa and Europe.
2015
We made our first export. We sold the IMAGE VALUE High Speed Industrial Scanners, which we are the distributor of, to the Libyan Ministry of National Education.
2016
We made the first sales of IMAGE VALUE High Speed Industrial scanners, of which we are the distributor, in our country. OSYM; Our model with a scanning capacity of 600 pages per minute, Emlak Konut GYO A.Ş. purchased our model with a scanning capacity of 300 pages per minute.
2017
We have completed 2 more big projects. We ensured the transfer of all archives to electronic media within the body of Eti Maden Operations General Directorate. We scanned 15,000,000 documents in 5 cities and 7 different locations. Emlak Konut GYO A.Ş. by creating a central archive; We transferred 11,000,000 documents and 500,000 meters of projects to electronic media. Scanning processes in both projects; It was completed in a short time only with the high speed industrial scanner available in our company.
2018
We have become the choice of Turkey's largest Open Education faculties. Eskişehir Anadolu University and Erzurum Atatürk University Open Education Faculties; They preferred our IMAGE VALUE High Speed Industrial scanners for scanning optical forms. From our model, which is the fastest scanner in the world, with a scanning capacity of 600 pages per minute; Eskişehir Anadolu University bought 4 units and Erzurum Atatürk University bought 2 units and renewed their machine parks.
2019
We expanded our machine park and distributorship network. We have undertaken the Turkey Distributorship of 4DigitalBooks brand Book Scanners and Book Scanning Robots produced in Switzerland. We added the V-Page Book Scanner to our machine park. We have undertaken the Turkey Authorized Dealership of VIISAN Book Scanners and Document Scanners manufactured by MYSHER. By undertaking the pilot project made by the Kayseri Regional Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre; We ensured the transfer of official bills to electronic media with Image Value, 4DigitalBooks and VIISAN scanners, which we distribute.
